How To Use AdWords To Boost Your Online Business

By Beth Graham

Google AdWords is an internet marketing platform developed by Google, in which advertisers bid for keywords to be displayed as short advertisements, product offers, service offers, or video ads on Google Search. It can put ads both in the sponsored results of major search engines such as Google Search and also on other non-search sites, apps, and videos. The cost per click (CPC) is calculated based on the number of clicks made, and the highest bid gets the top placement. The content of the advertisement is generated by a program called Ad Words, which is the only link between the advertiser and the user, so that they do not have to contact each other directly. The user, however, sees the Google website where the advertisement shows up.

There are a lot of benefits in using Google AdWords for online advertising. The system allows advertisers to make more flexible campaigns, and test different options. It is also fast to set up and use, and is a very low cost option compared to other traditional online advertising options. Another benefit is that it works with all types of devices, so you don’t need to buy specific software for each target market. The system has a page rank of 4, which makes it a very high ranking website when used for keyword searches.

The downside of Google AdWords is that it can not be used by every website. Some awards programs have restrictions for using AdWords on certain types of sites, such as adult sites. Some advertisers limit the number of keywords that can appear in their ads, and some may require advertisers to pay a fee to get the full credit for keywords. Google has taken steps to fix these issues, but the fees and rules differ from advertiser to advertiser.
